elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent projet associatif d\u2019<strong>INSERSUD<\/strong>, datant de 2013, avait besoin d\u2019\u00eatre actualis\u00e9 pour tenir compte de l\u2019\u00e9volution du territoire et des besoins des habitants mais aussi de l\u2019\u00e9volution d\u2019INSERSUD.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ce projet associatif est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une d\u00e9marche volontaire, qui a impliqu\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes : salari\u00e9s permanents et salari\u00e9s en insertion, b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, habitants et partenaires. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit au cours de plus de 6 mois de consultations et
